Return/Exchange merchandise must be unworn, unused, unaltered and with hangtags and labels attached. Used or altered merchandise will not be accepted for return and may be shipped back to the customer.
Returns or exchanges for full price items must be received within 14 days of the purchase date. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive your return and to complete the credit process. Note, it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and apply the refund back to your account. You will receive an email confirmation within 3 business days once the return has been received. Any discounts applied to your original order will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment. An additional email confirmation will be sent once your refund has been processed and completed.
Due to the unique nature of custom items; custom items are final sale and will not be accepted for return. In cases of defective materials and/or workmanship we will work with you to ensure you are fully satisfied with your custom order.
